About us

East Peak’s story begins not as a brand but as a collective passion project, born from countless trail runs under the redwood canopies and open ridges of Marin County, California.

When Paulius started East Peak, he was driven by a belief that trail running should be about more than performance metrics and eco-friendly buzzwords that the industry obsesses over. It’s about the connection to nature, to ourselves, and to the playful, and warm community that defines this sport.

East Peak’s goal is to harness that connection to nature, community spirit, and pure joy of running into gear that’s durable, well designed, without costing you an arm and a leg.

  • Durability over disposability

We aim to make gear that lasts and doesn't harm our environment. Simple as that.

  • Fun is fundamental

Running should be an adventure, not a chore. We design products that stoke playfulness, excitement, and celebrate the joy of running.

  • Performance with purpose

Our gear is designed to excel on the trails without sacrificing comfort or style. Whether you're racing to the finish line or just soaking up the views, East Peak has you covered.

  • Community-first

Supporting local running communities and our environment is at the core of everything we do. 5% of our profits go towards backing projects that support and maintain public access to our local trails.

  • Evolution is essential

We have a lot to learn. We're committed to continuously improving and adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of our environment, community, and customers.

Style influences

We're inspired by both the landscapes and the counterculture of the Bay Area. We love bold patterns, tie-dye spirals, and rainbows. Our color palette includes hues from the early morning skies, as well as the rich tones of the dirt and native plants of Marin County.

Our local communities

A core objective for East Peak is to serve our incredible local running communities. We've been humbled by the support fellow runners and small businesses have shown us. Each of you has and will continue to play a vital role in our journey. We’re excited to pay things forward by backing projects that support and maintain public access to our local trails.
